Integrated Card Labeling Machine with double inspections 

Wide range of card sizes and shapes -- The transport system of the A332PVV is so thoughtfully designed to the needs of the card processing industry.  It is easily adjustable to feed and transport the standard CR80 cards in either the portrait or landscape directions.  Rectangular cards of non-standard sizes within the range are also accepted by the system with quick and simple adjustments.  If you have a card of non-rectangular shape or a card outside the size range, chances are the A332PVV is able to handle it with minor modifications or additional parts.

Operation of the system is simple.  The operator simply loads the cards into the material feeder which will separate and feed the cards one by one on to the main conveyor.  Depending on the functions selected and the model of the machine, the cards go through various processes before collected back at the end of the conveyor.

The System Console and the Control Program.  In the A332PVV, the system actions, inkjet printers, and the data processing are all controlled from the System Console offering the convenience of single location control to the user.   The Control Program downloads the data to the inkjet printer for printing, and compares the inspection result from the cameras with the downloaded data, when an error is found from the card; the program will instruct the rejection mechanism to reject the error card into a rejection box.  The Control Program also reprints the rejected cards in batches upon the operators confirmation.   Operation log and status reports are also provided for management review.
