Colamark A210 Inspection Machine for Vials

An ideal device for semi-automatic inspection on vials and ampoules for the pharmaceutical industry. 

Automatically feeds and rotates the vials for easy and comfortable manual inspection of the container and the content inside.    Intermittent mode and continuous mode operation to cater for different inspection needs.   Flexible connection mode of the inspected bottles.

• Intermittent Mode: Vials are dispensed from the material hopper on to the main conveyor one by one in a prescribed batch size. The batch of vials will go through a high-spin device to agitate the contents by high speed spinning.  The vials will then move on to the inspection portion of the conveyor and stop for a short duration for manual inspection.   The spinning content in this operation mode allows easy identification of impurities by manual inspection.
• Continuous Mode: Vials are dispensed from the material hopper continuously on to the main conveyor.  At the inspection portion of the conveyor, the vials will be spun at low speed to facilitate inspection of the container at ease.
• Failed vials can be taken out manually at ease.
•  Inspected bottles will come out from the system through a side belt conveyor standing upright for easy connection to the next work station or for collection into a receiving tray.
