Colamark A210 Vertical Feeding/Horizontal Labeling Machine for vials/syringes

A system designed with precision, robustness, flexibility, and high-speed in mind for wrap-around labeling on ampoules, vials, test tube and syringes etc.

• The system can be used fully stand alone as well as can be integrated easily into an existing production line for in-line operation.
• Various inspection functions available as options for missed label, missed code or wrong code etc. by machine vision devices or photo-electric devices. Failed bottles upon inspection will be rejected right after labeling.
• New generation bottle-to-tray to put the bottles into carton inner trays right after the labeling process a matching speed.(Optional)
• Optional hot-stamping coder, thermal transfer overprinter, or inkjet coder can be integrated into the system seamlessly. Device status and alarm are reflected in the system.
